We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative CIPD Tutor to join our well established, successful and growing team.  If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding teaching and learning and helping our learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!

The Position

As a CIPD Tutor, you will take a key role in the delivery and development of the College’s CIPD provision, and ensure that students are having the best experience possible at the College.  You will be teaching both Level 3 and Level 5 programmes.  You will be committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning, and strive to maximise learner success, achievement and retention.  The post will be based between our fantastic sites at Flemingate, Beverley and St Mary’s Walk, Bridlington.

Applicants must have experience of delivering CIPD Level 3 and Level 5. 

Ideally, the successful applicant will possess a CIPD Level 5, a teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE), or be willing to work towards this, and hold or be willing to gain Level 2 (or equivalent) Literacy and Numeracy qualifications.

This is an hourly paid post, on a part-time basis, with working hours and days to be agreed but expected to be between 3 and 6 hours per week and will be evening work.
