We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Programme Leader in Business and Management, with a demonstrable record of outstanding student achievement, to drive our continued success in providing a high quality teaching and learning experience and the College’s passion for ensuring student success.

 

You will act as an effective Programme Leader and also teach on a range of programmes within Business and Management, predominantly for the Division's 16 – 19 provision but also have the potential to deliver across the adult and commercial provision. You will contribute to the on-going development of the programmes curriculum and regularly provide support for students in tutorial and/or pastoral sessions.

 

As a Lecturer you will teach, relevant to subject specialism, up to 832 hours per year.

 

With a relevant degree level qualification and a PGCE or Certificate in Education, you will possess knowledge of current issues within Business and Management and have knowledge of the BTEC specifications. You will also have the ability to display excellent teaching in Business with a diverse range of specialisms such as Legal Studies, Marketing, and Finance etc.
